Then your data is automatically removed, because we assume that you are no longer  interested in our Services at this point.

Your Right to Access or Withhold your own Data

You may access your Account information at any time to view, amend or delete the Data.  You may need to modify or update your Data if your circumstances change.  Additional Data as to your marketing preferences may also be stored and you may view and change this. You can view your Data and ask to update or withhold your personal Data here.

You have the right to complain the issues you find unfair to the national data protection authority, which is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.

Data security is of great importance to UNL Solutions LTD and to protect your Data we have conducted several physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online. UNL Solutions LTD treats your personal information as Confidential Information. We protect this confidential Information by storing it on secure servers that only select UNL Solutions personnel have access to, and by encrypting it to help prevent access by any unauthorized parties

Data collected by UNL Solutions LTD might be exchanged between any of the countries in which UNL Solutions LTD works (at the moment we have development centers in three countries except the UK: in the USA, Belarus and Ukraine) to empower the usage of the data described in  the current Privacy Policy. Such transfers of data and the processing of the Data in these countries shall comply with the current Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

 

Changes of Business Ownership and Control

UNL Solutions LTD may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties.  Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.

In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such a manner, you will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you will be given the choice to have your Data deleted or withheld from the new Data Controller.

UNL Solutions LTD reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may consider necessary from time to time or as it may be required by law.  Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
